Return and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility: Orders can be cancelled if they have not entered the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, you must follow our return and exchange policy.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please send an email to service.weilaishichang@outlook.com with your order number and the request to cancel. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process it within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Refund: If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 - 5 business days.

2. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Final sale items, personalized products, and opened hygiene products (such as cosmetics, intimate apparel) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at service.weilaishichang@outlook.com within the 30-day window. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please include the return authorization number with your package.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refund and Exchange Processing

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the returned item is received and approved. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at service.weilaishichang@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and cover the cost of return shipping.
